Chau Ying showed me a photo of her friend's stitches & wound. She and another girl were being attacked by a racist guy in Brisbane at night while they were walking on the street. Omg..racism...this incident freaked me out a little but nevertheless, I hope it won't happen to my friends and me. We should all be just extra careful and not wander off at night in the streets. Sometimes we probably just take it for granted as our homeland is safe and racism is never that bad. It's really another life out there in the big unknown. We are going to experience for the 1st time, independency and something else we might never thought we will, that is patriotism. Haha. That's something which I do noticed among my friends who went overseas for studies or work.

Anyway today is my official last day in MTI even though I still have another halfday in the morning tomorrow. Finally!! Away from those freak users!! The team gave me a farewell card which I haven't read yet and an ANG POW!! wow!!! My 1st ang pow of the year! I peeped into it and I saw 2 $50 note..heh heh!! *smiling in glee*
