A Great Weekend!
Last weekend was a pretty exciting weekend eversince i arrived in Brisbane...We had a CWS alumni gathering on Sat in the Brisbane city together with hanben, ros and wendy who was in town last week! It's funny how the alumni can spread across the ocean to Australia!
We had yummy curry katsu don at Wintergarden then got lost in Toowong (thanks to me!!) while making our way to Mayfair for their cripsy chicken rice...what an adventure! And Mayfair lives up to its name with their pretty cashier/waitress! No wonder marc and jason likes to order takeaways from them! I bet hanben will do that too!
On the next day, Sunday, we made our way down to Harbourtown @ Goldcoast to do some frenzy shopping! The whole lot of us which comprised of hanben's whole house, and the siaoli gang, and of course our gang! Harbourtown's not that fantastic although peishan managed to get 2 pair of Levi's jeans at AUD$70 and Yvonne, spending up to AUD$200..me only managed to get a polo tee from espirit and 2 sports bra from Lorna jane!
Ohh not forgetting to mention that ben saved yvonne from a drunk guy in the train on the way to sunnybank..haha applaude him! he's now the hero in the girls' eyes!! ahh and yes, yvonne was also the same girl who went for a movie with him!!
Now that the weekend's over, it's back to studies!! Exams' next week..gotta buck up! alrighty...study time!! tata!
