What a day! I'm at office at this very moment, at this very late hour, working on the pocket pc app. Hardworking eh? As if!Haha. Today has been a bad day.

Firstly, I woke up at 9am this morning, thus was mega late for work. Fortunately, my dad fetched me to work. I slept like a log! I didn't even hear my phone alarm!Luckily my mum was on leave, she was shocked to see me still in bed! Haha. Anyway, felt quite bad for being late.

When I reached office ard 930am, we were summoned for a meeting with the DOS people. The director was there too. My..what a tigress she is! She is soooo fierce.Lady bosses...what do you expect? Felt like slapping her when she was telling us off. Anyway, also our fault that the application wasn't working up to their expectations.It was totally unstable and sluggish. Well, I am totally clueless. That is why I am here in the office at this very moment, acting like a pest buster! Haha!

My PM looked so stressed and tired. I guessed he cannot tahan late nights. Being a PM is real tough man! Gotta juggle between customers and us. Today he was attacked and ambushed by our users!! Spanners were thrown and he gotta single-handedly fight them. It's really tough to handle those women!!! Even the kindest looking woman has been proven to be the worst among all! Haha!

Well, it's 3am now and the app seems to have some improvement. Anyway just hope for the best and that we can deliver the pocket pcs at 8am tomorrow to those women.

hey hey!! Found out something great today!!! I managed to get my MSN on my PC working!!! I'm soooooo happy!! oh so happy! BUT...it's equally as unstable as the web version..so BLAME IT ON THE STUPID NETWORK!!! URGHH..whatever it is, it's still more convenient than the web version!! =D

I am sooo exhausted!!! I just gave up on working further on my proj because my brain is stalled. Haha. Having neckache and backache now.Anyway it's finally 6pm! So glad but wonder if it's ok to leave early today as I have outstanding items to complete. My my...I think my project mate and I have some technical communication breakdown. We are modifying each other's codes. I loathe modifying codes!! Couldn't get my brain to work for it. =(

Anyway, I'll continue at home....cya..

I worked on my project till brain concussion at 3am this morning. Pimples are all popping out!! I absolutely loathe that! Face scarred for life...I been waking up late for these past few days! My resolution to be early for work has been invalid. I hope the project scope will be more relaxed after this.

I finally made an appointment to do my medical checkup for my visa procedures. I'm sooo glad that visa matters is going to be over soon! gonna plan for next step which is the air ticket and departure date. The aussie dollar rate has been shooting up rapidly this year and now the rate is at almost 1.3 and it's holding us back to make currency exchange. What's more, Jiayi, shan and soonie have not made their 1st payment. I hope the rate will drop soon so that we can settle their fees and change aussie dollars.

I'm yawning like mad now due to lack of rest. I don't wanna age prematurely man! My yoga class starts next Sunday. Hope that will help me to rejuvenate both body and mind.
Maple Story. These 2 days I haven't had the time to train my character. The game's pretty cute and currently I'm quite hooked to it! The leveling up of the character is very slow though, so you gotta have endurance and lotsa patience! ;) Seems like Sims 2 has lost its appeal to me at the moment. Haha..

Daniel. Even since he's done with NS, we've been spending more time communicating which we have never really did b4. We are starting to exhange thoughts and opinions. I seems to have gotten to know him better and to appreciate him more. He has a lot of patience which I don't and I salute him for that. I've been a spoilt brat and he is still able to tolerate my tantrums. Haha. I'm glad I've found a kindred spirit in him. =D

Alrighty, I think I shall go back to work. Derek seems stressed up. Haha shall see how I can help him. q[-_-]p

It's another boring day at work after the long weekend!! Tomorrow is the 1st UAT application review. I'm kinda tired though. Felt like taking MC today. Maybe it's the long weekend which made me feel lazy and lethargic! Although I have finish my mobile app, but haven't really tested it. In fact I don't really felt like testing. I dislike testing man! It's sooo urghh...=(

My contact len is causing my right eye to be horribly bloodshot! I think I better change a new pair tomorrow. Oh man...I just kept yawning and yawning. It's so unsightly! Haha. Alright la..think I'll be back later. I going to daydream now...tata!

It's Friday! And next Monday is a holiday! Absolutely love this weekend! But it's a rather sleepy Friday though. Many people took chance to take off today to enjoy a long weekend! I wish I could too but I rather not waste my leave. Hehe!

Next Tuesday is UAT. Isn't it fast? And I'm so sleepy that I hadn't got the energy to finish up my work. I guess I'm procrastinating now. Staring into space. U see...I'm stuck with a bug and I'm not in the right mind to debug so here I am...Blogging!! =S I just feel like dreaming and doing nothing now!

Today I neaten my codes which makes me feel happier abt my app! =D Otherwise, I'm still feel pretty messed up with all the various changes. Daydreaming during work has been my favourite past time recently!

Oh! Time for my spending check. I spent $5.40 for lunch today. Bloody ex eh? Hate city area lunch! =( Gee..I think I shall keep track in an Excel document.

I think I'm overkilling my bloggie with words today...I just felt like bumming ard today. Am munching on nuts now, hoping for the day to pass faster. There has been a mega huge change of requirement in my application and I gotta revamp a lot of things. It's like a extreme makeover!!! Except I'm not as skilful as those surgeons in there. The change of requirements got me to feel very sluggish, and sometimes lost. I'm felt mentally challenged by changing these mere codes I wrote.

Another devastating news. I'm not saving enough for my study trip! I realised I'm running short of a fairly large sum of money. After working for almost 2 years, my savings is just a meager sum of money. I really fail my financial management! I'm been spending too much man!! Time to wake up!!! I am going to declare a new resolution - TO START SAVING AND SPEND LESS. You shall be my witness. Will be posting updates here on my financial expenditure on tomorrow onwards.

Money can do without us, but we cannot do without it. So sad.

The network at my workplace is down now and I'm bumming ard. The absence of internet is really overbearing. Without it, no motivation to work also! Everyone is using this excuse to bum ard! haha. Am listening to my Al Green's song! *Crooning* Just for your info, this song was sung by that Taufik in one of the Singapore Idols episode. Think it was the R&B genre. =)

Okay, I'm going to have a review later on in the afternoon. Hope everything goes well. Hope my auntie's hubby will not be there. I really wonder if he recognises me. If he does and just trying to test me if I would acknowledge him, I think I will just play dumb. My cousin's marriage is drawing near and we are bound to meet.

Wonder how is Daniel now. He's sick today. He's at Cisco patching PCs for Standard Charter and he said the job is boring. I pray that a good perm job will come to him soon. Kinda miss him now. I wonder how I would deal in Aussie alone without him. I feel sad actually...well I hope all is well.

Been feeling mega sleepy these 2 days at work, fighting not to doze off. Worst thing is Derek is now seated beside me. They said I'm in danger zone. Well now I am feeling drowsy from the effects of lunch liao. Everyone is either talking or reading newspapers.


Saturday! I'll be organising a sukiyaki steamboat for my friends! Kinda excited! It's been some time since we had steamboat at my house. The last time was I think during National Day, if I'm not wrong. Will be going to shop for ingredients on Sat morning!! Should I play badminton in the afternoon?? Going to ask Daniel for opinions..hee hee!

Anyway, today's 8th Nov 2004. Today is also Daniel's 1st day at work. Though it's a part time job but it's a not bad start! So I just wanna tell him to look on the bright side! All will be well and smooth for him! It just take a little bit of time to get on the right track!! Don't be so sian lahh..=) Will pray for a good job for you one!

Work - Monday = Dreadful. Users came back with feedback again. Boy were they fast and meticulous!! By the way, KW sent me an email on Friday. Apparently he thought I am feeling discouraged because of the frequent change of requirement by users. Well, I'm not exactly discouraged but perhaps just a little tired. But it's alright! It's a good challenge! It's just as dreadful as I thought yet not as dreadful as I thought. Ah well, I'm talking crap..don't mind me!

Whatever it is, I need to be a better person. I'm like some spoilt brat. Often losing my temper, thinking I'm very great, looking down on others. How to improve? I gotta think hard and change before my study trip else I'll be pissing off my housemates with my bad attitude.

More on my study plans, here goes...
I will be having 4 housemates, namely Ros, Shan, Jiayi and MPB. Hopefully we won't be caught in any worst case scenario which might result in us spliting. Anyway I'm pretty excited abt the house. Heard Aussie houses are huge!! hmm sounds freaky too though but I shall be brave! Ros's God will be there to protect us. =)

Genting trip..
It's the rainy season so the air up there is chilly and vision is blurred. Misty, foggy...but i absolutely love the weather! Cooling!! Spent lotsa $$ on food and shopping. Broke liao. Daniel spent even more than me!! It's his 1st trip to Genting and I showed him around. Something which he commented and I agreed with was the food and service there totally suck. Has jap food at this restaurant called Sushi King and the food totally yucky! The soft shell crab had a bad odour! and the servings are small and pricey! But well, shan't expect too much also. It's probably a special feature for tourist to remember always!

Anyway had a good time shopping which kinda made us forget the horrible food we ate. Haha! Oh yah!!!! Something which I gotta comment is the coach service! We took Transter Coach service up to Genting. We sat First Class! And wow! guess what! Massenging chairs! Though it's not as impressive as the Osim chairs but it's good enough for our aching backs! The seats' comfy and huge! The leg rest is lifted at a perfect angle! The bus journey is smooth! No bumpy rides. Good to sleep on! The price is also reasonable at 59$ per person for Transtar World Card users. So those interested hurry sign up for one at the Transtar webby for free for a limited period time. Haha...seems like I've become their advertiser. =X

Lifang and I are going to take up Yoga! I hope we will eventually honour our words to take the sport up. I know myself, I always talk but no action, so this time I must take up Yoga! shall bug her everyday to go register! Kinda excited!! Imagine us twisting here and there!! haha I imagine Fang having leg cramps in a yoga position!! =X ok shan't be bad..=X hee hee

By the way, heard abt suspected Jhon's romance! Didn't know that nerd will actually have a gf???! =P On the other hand, the zj and cs saga seems to be blossoming!! Tis the season to be flowery!! I sure do hope cs will reciprocate. Wish them all the best! Hope to see them in Hougang one day locking hands! =P

Lastly, I think I'm going to fit into the aussie society soon! I'm getting fat! Somehow cannot find the drive to exercise. Need motivation man! gonna ask Daniel to gimme training liao! plus Yoga..I hope I'll be the tiny ant in the aussie society next year!!
